Ordering Information
Should you place an order with multiple products, it is our goal to ship all products at the same time. Product availability can determine whether we are able to ship everything. As a result, we will ship as they become available unless you tell us otherwise. You will only be charged for the products that are shipped to you, in addition to any shipping charges. The maximum shipping that you will be charged is the rate quoted to you that appears on your purchase receipt. The shipping charge may be applied to the first order shipped to you or split between multiple shipment orders.
In regards to out of stock products, we will ship as they become available. In most instances, products will ship on the same day, if an order is placed by 5:00 PM or on the next business day if your order is received after 5:00 PM. In the event that you order an item that is out of stock, it will delay fulfillment of your order. We will provide you with tracking information as products become available. Our goal is to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. You are welcome to cancel your order prior to an item shipping if you so desire.
When you receive order confirmation, electronically or otherwise, it does not signify that we have accepted your order and it does not constitute a confirmation of an offer to sell to you. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time or to supply you less than the quantity that you ordered. We will notify you of such if this happens.
We are able to accept returns for products that are defective as a result of manufacturing or workmanship defects up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We will also handle fulfillment errors that have been made by us in the shipment of incorrect products or quantities to you. You will need to inform us of such and return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Typographical errors may occur from time to time. If a product has an incorrect price as a result of a typographical error or from pricing information errors from our suppliers, we have the right to cancel or refuse an order placed for the product that is listed with the incorrect price. Our store has the right to cancel or refuse orders even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card has been charged. In the event that your credit card has been charged for the items and we cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.
MaMa Organic Herbs will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Maryland. This is because we are obligated to pay sales tax in the state which we reside. If orders are shipped to another state, you will be solely responsible for sales tax as well as any other taxes and surcharges that may occur.
